Permanent vacation can’t guarantee that the stock balance is correct. An incorrect stock balance is rare and if there would be a problem with your order, we will contact you shortly. An item may be out of stock and then come back in stock. The website and shop at www.permanentvacation.se is subject to frequent changes. Permanent Vacation can’t guarantee a uninterrupted and secure access to our site. Colors in the photos may vary from computers, monitors etc. Therefore we cannot guarantee or be hold responsible for variances that you might experience at delivery. How ever, we always try to depict the colors the way they appear.

We guarantee that all your personal information, email address etc will be hold safe and not be used by third party. After your purchase you might receive our newsletter to your email, but you can easily unsubscribe by sending us an email to order@permanentvacation.se

Prices

All prices are set in Euros (€). The rate is approx. 1€=11 SEK ( 2009-03-24). Prices are only updated every other week. Since the prices are set in euros the value charged on your card may vary a little depending on the actual rate at the moment. The prizes will vary with the rate of the Euro compared to the Swedish crown. We reserve the right to change the prices for items and postage at any time. The price you are given at the time of your purchase, is guaranteed. All Swedish and costumers from the European Union (EU) will be charged a Swedish tax at 25%. The tax is included in the shown price. If you live outside the EU your order might be subject to additional taxes, VAT and/or import duties at delivery.

Payment

Permanent Vacation online shop accepts VISA and MasterCard. All payments are directed through Payer’s ( www.payer.se) secure payment service. This means your card information only is managed by Payer and managing bank. The transfer of information is wrote in cipher code with SSL-Secure Socket Layer-128 bites. Permanent Vacation can not take part of your card information which gain the security for you as a costumer. Delivery

Permanent Vacation ship world wide. Delivery Time Orders are processed within 1-4 business days. After this the delivery time is as followed: Sweden: 1-2 days. EU countries: 3-9 days. Rest of the world: 3-12 days. Shipping rates: Sweden: 5€ EU: 7-12€ (depending on weight of your item) World: 8-15€ (depending on weight of your item) In Sweden your order will be shipped with Posten AB. You might be asked to pick it up at your local post office. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. The shipping cost is not refunded for unclaimed packages.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days after you have received it. The item you return must be in perfect condition. All labels and packaging must be left on the item and the item must be unworn, without smells and hairs etc. If your item is not in this condition, it will be returned to you and you will be charged the postage. If you want to change the size of the item, please contact us at order@permanentvacation.se so that we can check availability and reserve the size for you. Permanent Vacation does not pay for return shipping cost. Neither are we responsible for returned packaging lost or damaged in return shipping. There for we recommend you to ship any returns with a tracking id, so that you can track your package.

Damages during shipping.

Permanent Vacation are responsible to see to that your orders are delivered to you without damages. If a damage occur during transportation we request that you document and report the damage to the delivering company as well as letting us know by sending us an email to order@permanentvacation.se.
